What to Expect
This group is focused on navigating all that food and body image encompass this time of year. The goal is to create a safe and inclusive space for anyone who wishes to connect with others to discuss the often messy, frustrating, confusing journey of healing your relationship with food and body while feeling less alone in the process.
Each 60-minute session will cover topics such as setting boundaries with yourself and others, creating safe environments, normalizing eating and food neutrality, identifying core values and motivators for healing, and building practical coping skills for all occasions.
