I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Simmons University, where I also completed my Dietetic Internship. My clinical training at Maine Medical Center, combined with my experience working alongside leading Boston-based specialists in digestive health, disordered eating, insulin resistance, and overall wellness, has equipped me with the tools to provide comprehensive, individualized nutrition care. I am also a proud member of the Eating Disorders Association of Maine, staying up to date with the latest in eating disorder treatment and care. I am also on Kate Scarlata’s Low FODMAP dietitian registry.

I take a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition, focusing on making behavioral changes rather than adhering to restrictive diets. Together, we will explore the science behind nutrition in a practical and approachable way — one that empowers you to build a fulfilling, balanced lifestyle without fear or guilt. My goal is to help you feel confident in your food choices while also addressing your body's unique nutritional needs.
