Hi, I’m Carolyn (she/her), a dedicated dietitian, and I firmly believe that life is for living—not restricting. As a third-generation Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am passionate about guiding individuals toward a positive relationship with food and their bodies, helping them embrace wellness through nourishment, movement, and balance. With years of experience in eating disorder treatment and gastrointestinal health, I support clients in developing mindful and intuitive eating patterns, emphasizing sustainable, behavior-based approaches to improve long-term health and quality of life. Whether you're navigating challenges with digestive health, fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum nutrition, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to your unique needs.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Simmons University, where I also completed my Dietetic Internship. My clinical training at Maine Medical Center and experience working alongside leading Boston-based specialists in digestive health, disordered eating, insulin resistance, and overall wellness have equipped me with the tools to provide comprehensive, individualized nutrition care. I am also a proud member of the Eating Disorders Association of Maine, staying up to date with the latest in eating disorder treatment and care.
