Hi, I’m Alison (she/her), a HAES-aligned Eating Disorder Dietitian specializing in compassionate, collaborative nutrition care. I prioritize your well-being and help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and supportive. Using a non-diet, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse-affirming approach, I’ll guide you toward sustainable, compassionate strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on what supports your health and well-being — no diets, no shame. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to explore what healthy truly means for you.

My education includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Penn State University and a Master’s in Nutrition from Simmons University, where I also completed my Dietetic Internship. During my internship, I gained experience working at all levels of care in eating disorder treatment. I am also a member of the Maine Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians (IFEDD), the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP), Eating Disorders Association of Maine, and the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH).

My top specialties include eating disorder treatment, disordered eating treatment, ADHD, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Intuitive Eating, IBS, and Body Image work.

Other specialties include Diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, autoimmune disease, and digestive issues.

You deserve care that’s truly inclusive and supportive. If you’re ready to reclaim your relationship with food and your body, I’d love to partner with you on your journey. Let’s work together to create a path forward that honors your health, values, and individuality.
